No swearing please!

I'm so tired, there's been so much work in the week and a half that I've been at school. I think it has actually blown my mind. I'm loving every bit of it, I am.

I'm worrying a lot though about corona, my tics have got a lot louder. But ay well, it'll be fine.

I've had Tourettes for the majority of my life and I really want to spread more awareness about it and what the symptoms are. Many people won't realise they have Tourettes because they may have just a couple of tics. Some might have loads and not diagnosed until they're in their 20s. I think that people with Tourettes should club together to raise awareness about it and how much people don't know that much about the syndrome as a whole.

I think it's disgusting how many people think that everyone with Tourettes swear. When it's 10% of people with Tourettes. I think that everyone should be told and educated about every different aspect of Tourettes. I think it'd be brilliant to make a PowerPoint for schools, primary and secondary. When people think about mental health, they usually think depression and anxiety, they never think of Tourettes.

As I was saying, I think it'd be really cool to have an assembly on Tourettes. It would definitely open a lot of eyes. It would be better to do this in a primary school as then the children wouldn't already know what it is unless they or a family member has it. It'd also be good to do it in a secondary school as I could change many people's views on Tourettes. I wish I could do this. I really do because it would let me gain so much confidence in speaking in public and it would raise sooooooo much awareness that is needed.

Joke of the day: "When I was a kid, my mother told be I could be anyone. Turns out identity theft is a crime!"
