My tics

I have got a lot of tics. A lot. Some of them are embarassing but they're me. 

My motor tics:

• Eye blink
• Ee roll
• Neck jerk
• Jaw thrust
• Grimace
• Licking lips
• Tensing muscles
• Chin on chest
• Clenching jaw
• Fiddling with clothes/rings
• Twisting hair
  

Vocal:

• Noises from mouth, nose and throat
• Grunting
• Cough
• Sniff
• Snort
• Blurting words or phrases without intending to communicate
• Breathing in odd patterns/gasping
• Clicking sounds with my tongue
• Animal noises like a weird screechy thing that I can't describe properly
• Stuttering
• Throat clearing
• Gulping air
• Vocal emphasis

Mental:

• Intrusive words, thoughts, ideas or images (pleasant or scary)
• Fears/phobias
• Perseverating 
• Negative thinking
• Thoughts of morbid/violent images
